Thanks for adding this blog/thread to the web site! As a beginning runner myself and someone who has had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, I truly enjoyed reading her post. Great job Jennifer and keep sharing!

Good job Jennifer!! We have quite a few new pacers and beginner runners. How about some of you posting your workouts? Your struggles, and victories, the good days, and bad, and how you are feeling with you and your body as you go through numerous changes overall. This will help to encourage and motivate the other beginners, as well for you to see your advancements. Hope to hear from all of you soon!!
Catch you on the run!! Audrey

I also enjoyed reading the ramblings. It is inspiring and motivating. I love to read others experiences and wish more people would take the time to "ramble." It is neat to me how "new runners" can inspire "old runners" and vice versa. Keep it up. Ramble and Run on Jennifer! You Go Girl! :)
