Am- 12 X 75 AB work, 200 Pushups- Speedy, half were real and 1/2 sissy
On Tap forLunch- 24 set weight workout, and 30 min of cardio on machines.

Tuesday- Good workout under the direction of Coach Ryder, 1 m WU, then 13X200 with 200 recovery and 1m CD, best workout I've had in a while

Yesterday afternoon, a very pitiful 5 miles on the Trace followed by some upper body weights for about a half hour.
This morning, another 5 miles on the Trace with Vicki and Sarah. Will get in some biking at Wesley tonight and some ab work with stretching following up.
Trying to get myself out of this 'not wanting to run' phase. _________________ Run! For your life.

Thursday- went to the Y for a easy 5 miles but only had 1 shoe- could not have planned that better, so into the steam, sanua and a few situps.
