Wednesday- 40 min stairmaster
Thursday- 5 miles- 1st run in a while, 14 pounds lighter but that probably want last long now that I'm getting better.

Wow! A 14 pound weight loss is huge. You must have realy, really been sick. It's good to have you back running and posting. This forum has been very slow without your daily posts.

Friday lunch- 25 min stairmaster, lifted weights, hopefully back running on a regular schedule next week.

Friday AM- 40 min jog, easy pace, boy I can tell I've missed several weeks, but thats OK, I didn't lose it overnight and will not gain it back over night.
Lunch on Tap- 30 min Stairmaster, lift weights

Saturday- 5 miles- 3 @ app. 6:40/m, 5K- 20:28, first up tempo in 2 months- felt good.

Saturday AM- Race on campus must have been cancelled so Neil Solomon and I ran 8 miles- 1mWU then 7 miles at 7:15/M. good workout.
