After the way that hamstring was hurting you on Saturday, I can't imagine you being able to run today. So much for all that non-running advice we were all giving you. Hey---I hope it feels great and you can get right back to training.

Friday am- 12 x 50 ab, 100 pushups, 100 reps lower back, Lunch on Tap- 50 min cardio on machines.

Just finished about 1:20 run; between 9 and 9.5 miles.

I should be ready for 11-12 on Sunday.

Monday lunch -- 1,300 yards swim
Monday evening -- the previously reported 9 on the Trace
Tuesday morning -- 20 on the bike
Tuesday lunch -- 4.5 miles (6 400s of speed work -- 90 sec., 88, 86, 83, 80 and 75)
Tuesday evening -- basketball
Wednesday -- sore all over
Thursday morning -- 17 on the bike
