Saturday AM- 5miles- WU, 4x200,4x400,4x200, a little slow, legs tired from Friday, CD, most 200 around 40 sec, 400 around 84sec.

Sunday AM- its 5:50 and the weather does not look promising for a long run, I'm going to skip and do it next weekend before, including and after the relay in Jackson.

Wednesday Am- 5 miles, WU, 10x200 36-38 sec, CD
Lunch on Tap- 30 min cardio, weight workout

Tuesday AM- 5 miles, WU, 2x200, 42sec, 8x400, between 86-89sec,CD, felt a heck of a lot better than Saturday.

Wednesday thur Saturday nothing but walking and stretching
Sunday- Houston Marathon- actually did better than I thought I would. I really did not train properly to be running a marathon for a good time. First 1/2 1:51 and back half 1:50 so I'll take it move on. I'll probably go to visit Toby Brown in Sacramento in late February and run the Napa Valley Marathon on March 1st- another one for fun.

Saturday AM- 5 miles, WU, 2x200,5x800,2x200, CD- little slugish, Kris looking good, all 800 2:50 or below

Saturday Am- 8 miles, 2Mwu then 4x1 mile- sluggish-6:43, 6:42, 6:29, 6:33, 2 M CD
