You're Back!

Postby ryderruns on Tue Apr 14, 2009 2:00 pm

Am I correct that you have run 5 of the last 6 days? If so, maybe you're on your way back to running. You are a lot like Audrey was last year. She was sick and then she had a lot of trouble getting back into running. Now look at her---she's running close to her PR for the 5K. Stick with it and you'll soon have your strength and speed back.

Keith,

I know how you feel; I too have come to that same conclusion, no running for a while. I told my doctor that it only hurts when I run, he charge me $$$$ as said "Don't Run". I will be biking and swimming and forming a new club, "The Burned-out, wash-Up, Lame, and Lazy and Runners Club" (The Bulls for short).

Where we will drink beer and share stories about how fast we were or could have been.
Later,

I think I will sign up too after the way I felt today on an easy 6 mile run. Feeling particularly old lately, while running. :x
