Wednesday Lunch- 35 min cardio, 5 min jog x 2min walk X 5 sets, I can tell its been a while, we'll see how it feels tomorrow

Thursday Am- Ab workout, 6x75, 6x50
Lunch on Tap- lower body workout, heel felt pretty good this morning, I know it wasn't much of a test yesterday but I'll take it. Gonna stay on the grass for a while.

Saturday AM- 4 miles, 2mile/2min X 2, all miles 8:55/m however m/m was not the goal, just wanted to keep moving a little longer

That is so true Dawn. Even though we know you have been working out. We would rather you be running. Nice! Crazy runners like to know other crazy runners are out there running. Ha Ha :roll:
