Saturday AM- 40 min workout, 1/2mile jog/ 1 min walk X 8, all around 4:00 min/1/2.

Saturday AM- 4+ miles, 3 miles at about 7:45, which was faster than last 4 months, felt good next day
Monday Lunch- upper body workout.
Tueaday AM on Tap- early run from the gateway probably about 5 miles, gonna enjoy the cool snap.

Tuesday AM- 4 miles, 1/2 WU, 1.5 m 8:00 pace, 4 X 1/2m, 7:30 pace, 1 min break between, nice weather

Thursday lunch- 45 min workout, reverse mini ladder, in the sense on time- WU, 2X2min, 3X90sec, 4X60sec, 3X90sec, 2X2min, CD- 30sec between all sets
