Seems like everyone is struggling this week. We will be stronger in the next couple of months when the weather cools.

I am looking forward to the details about the 3 workouts in the 24 hour period. Have fun in Orange Beach!

Mmmmmm....
What will we have in the menu after the 2-mile predicted time? Grilled Shark with Barbecue Sauce? Shark Teriyaki Sorta? Shark's Fin Omelet? Shark Kabobs with Orange and Thyme? Mako Shark with Anchovy and Caper Sauce? or Citrus Marinated Shark with Jicama Orange Salad? Let us know!

What's the deal with you going to Orange Beach every weekend? Did you buy a beach house? If so, why have you not already invited us for a T on T?
