I actually woke up at 5:30, took off my CPAP, got my cup of coffee, got dressed, drove to USM and jogged for 45 min and I mean jog- not run-. Maybe this will be the workout to help me out of the funk.

Yes, I saw Da Bull training at USM around 6:30 am this morning!
He was jogging right in the middle of the street. I almost ran over him with my Turbo Ferrari 2009 Nissan Sentra (well...1997!) Wink
If he was just jogging this morning, he is going to fly once he gets out of the funk.

Someone tell him to join the Pine Belt Pacer team for the Marine Corp Marathon! We have already 6 runners there!

I'm sure glad you're backto running/working out. What with me having injured myself getting out of the golf cart or yoga or however the heck I did it, I need you to take up the slack.

By the way, it's not like I'm being totally inactive. Yesterday I biked 19 miles and today I biked 22 miles. I really don't care for this biking thing. I'd much rather be running. I'm also getting tired of this*@#% ice bag.

My abs would be sore for a week if I did that many sets. Maybe one day I can be as strong as Da Bull.
