morning training

Just wondering if anyone out there would be interested in running early weekday mornings? (start by 5:00am due to work) It would be great to have a training partner! I am flexible run anywhere from 9-10 min mile willing to slow dwn or bust it to have company.

Delaina, (I think I spelled your name correctly), anyway, I know that Amy B . runs in the morning in her neighborhood, a couple of days a week. Keep checking the forum as there are a lot of people who will post their training runs. A lot of people will get together for their long runs over the weekend in the am. I know that you are registered for the MS 50 and if you want to meet me over the weekends to do a long trail run, let me know. I am more flexible over the weekends and can usually run in the am or pm.
Catch you on the run!! Audrey
