Hey James, I don't do tri's because speed doggie paddling is not an event!! We look forward to you writing a race report on this event. Good luck, keep us updated.

Pacer Susan Davidson completed her first triathlon this morning, finishing the Danskin Orlando race in 1:29:45. This is especially impressive as Susan, at age 46, just started her training in all three disciplines a couple of months ago. Coach Becky Ryder took on the challenge of getting Susan started with running and I passed on a few swim and bike tips learned through my own experiences (and mistakes). I expect this will be the first of many multisport races for Susan. Congrats to Susan and her daughter Jennifer who I believe also completed her first tri!

Sheryl and have have been working with Susan from day one and she has been so dedicated and has followed most of our suggestions. Her success is due to her self-discipline and goal setting. I'll be real interested in reading her race report.

Susan---we're very proud of the way you trained for and suscessfully completed this event. You went way beyond our expectations.
