Just when I think I am doing better, I have relapses in the pm. I have run 1x in 1 and half weeks. I ran about a 5K, nice and slow, felt fine, but the next afternoon I started running a temp again. This is the way it has been every morning, I feel ok, then in the afternoon, feel like a truck has run me over and I I lay on the couch. Becky, Keith, am I ever going to feel normal again? I guess I will go back to the Dr., but I have been on every med known to man. I think I must have a rare, tropical disease. (I think Charles calls it "the Whining Disease".) Shocked I will be glad when I can run/walk/ride or just do something besides channel surf on the couch.

Audrey,
Since I'm not a doctor, (and I don't even play one on tv), I have no answers....but I will be praying for ya! It's just not the same at the races without you there!!!!! Crying or Very sad

Thanks Donna. Well, I went back to the clinic. The good news is, I don't have the flu anymore. The bad news is, I have bacterial pneumonia. No running or much activity for me for a while. This is killing me!! I mean, what's next? Oh, well, I will behave, take my drugs and run another day.

Wow! I was certain you were too fast for any kind of germ to catch you!! Shocked Well, at least you can tell Charles that it's not the "Whiney disease"...he'd better be nice or you can cough on him! Seriously, I hope you feel better really soon. The weather is beautiful and I know you want to run. Sometimes life just makes us slow down...it only serves to make us appreciate what we have even more.

We need to get some mega vitamins or some type of healing potion for Audrey and Keith. We miss you guys. I hope both of you get better soon and come back stronger than ever.
