Hey guys,
Please don't forget to fill your vital stats for year 2009. Elmer set a space in the club page to include all the information.

This is the third year it is done. We have had at least 35 responses per year in the past. Please don't be lazy :lol: and send your information to Elmer or post the questionaire's answers here.

2. Age: 44 years young (one more to go to Boston!)
3. Total Miles run/walked in 2008, total: Around 700m
4. Number of races completed: 25, including 1 marathon and 1 triathlon
5. Best 5K, 10K time (or other) in 2008: 5K: Milltown Classic, 21:25 -- 10K: Crescent City Classic, 47:13 -- Half Marathon: Mardi Gras Half-Marathon, 1:43:27 (PR) -- Marathon: Pensacola Marathon, 3:58:35 PR)
6. Farthermost distance traveled for a race: Austin, TX - Resolution 10K Run
7. Favorite race: Run Through History in Vicksburg and Azalea Trail Run
8. Other fitness accomplishments: None :roll:
9. Most enjoyable fitness activity/event: watching the election's outcome!
10. Biggest running/training disappointment: Got shin splins in April again, stopped running for weeks, got a lot of extra-weight, and when ran again, never came back to the peak performances "pre-injury" time.
11. Running/racing goals for 2009: qualifying for Boston 2010 (hahaha! in my dreams... or maybe not :wink: )
12. What running event or race do you plan on training hard for during 2009? I don't like to train hard, just have fun
13. What is your current training pace per mile in minutes? 9:30-9:45
14. What is your current longest weekly run in miles? 14m. If I do one or two 18milers, I think I can try to run another marathon
