I want to do the billboard run on Tues. evening, (around 5:30 or 6:00pm) if I do not go out of town to make a business delivery. As soon as I know what my schedule is for sure I will let you know. Is anyone interested? If so, let me know.

For those of you who do not know, the billboard run is a series of hills, about 3/4 of a mile long. It is off of Hwy 11, across the road from the Shell gas station near I-59. It parallels the interstate. Everyone runs their own pace. Typically, 1 mile warm-up, 4 sets of hills (out and back, out and back), and then a cool down). It's a tough workout, but it's awesome.

I will be able to do the billboard run on Tues. at 6:00 pm. Let me know if anyone is interested. Otherwise, I will likely do hill repeats at another location.

I'd be interested in the billboards or the hill work somewhere else. Keep me posted.

I've never done the billboard run and would like to try it. I have a 5 mile fartlek run scheduled for that day, so hill repeats would be a great substitute. I will be there unless something changes between now and then.

I think I am interested, but am so far off routine (drove to S. Florida on Monday and returned today; no biking, one quality run workout, a couple of short runs and LOTs of walking) I won't decide for sure until tomorrow but it sounds like it is going on whether I can make it or not. Where do you park?

We are definitely on for Tues. at 6:00 pm. I think we can get away with parking at the Shell Station. It we have a lot of people, we can cross over Hwy 11 and park on the service RD, heading toward the billboard run.

Looking forward to it. Did I mention that it is dirt, so wear appropriate shoes.

I plan to be there as well.

Terry - sorry you couldn't make it.

We had a great crew to show up for the BB run. Let's see, hopefully, I will get everyone, Audrey and Charles, Kelly, Amber, Jim, Sheryl, Dawn, Vicki, and Kily, and myself. This is always a tough run, so it's nice when a lot of crazy people show up. Thanks to everyone who made it.

How does a run behind the Y sound to everyone for this Tuesday? The loop is approximately 800 meters. I plan to do 6-8 repeats.

I am "iffy" about Tues. My family will be coming back in town on Tues. hopefully, bringing the bottom set of kitchen cabinets. If that happens, I doubt we will finish in time, but I would like to, if they leave in time for me to make it. What time?

Let's keep the time the same -- 6 p.m.
