Could someone please give me directions to the South Central 5K in Laurel this weekend?

I'm enjoying the races and feel like I'm improving.

Hope to see a lot of you there this weekend.

although I've never run this race, I can help you to South Central. I'm not sure exactly of the race start location.

59 N to Laurel
Exit 95A - 16th Avenue
Take a RIGHT on Jefferson

This will take you right to the hospital.

We are planning to run this one so hope to see you there!

Guess I should have gotten this info before my previous post.

The Race starts at the Wellness Center which is directly across the street from JC Penny's at Sawmill Square Mall.

You will need to take the NEXT EXIT passed the one I mentioned above which will put you on Beacon Street. This should carry you right where you need to be.

I'm pretty certain it is an 8:00 am start. I have a phone call into Phillip Wedgeworth and will confirm later today.
