I am including the information on the flyer and entry form again under this "subject" just in case someone missed the "date conflict" post.

Hey guys,
Grab the entry form and don't forget to register soon! It's going to be a great work out on Friday evening.

It seems there will be a lot of people this friday afternoon at the Southern Miss gateway. I was in mass today, and Father Tommy told us that 102 runners/walkers have already pre-registered for the race. Wow! St Thomas will have another good turn out for this 5K.

See you guys on Friday! Don't have a big lunch that day or don't eat it too late (I have done it before a 5:30pm race and had suffered the consequences  ).
