I'll try to keep up with my running here.
My training for the marathon officially starts in a few weeks, I'm just gonna repeat the first week until then to get into the swing of things.

Welcome

Welcome to the forum. Although I will not be there for the next two sessions, I encourage you to come out to Thames for our Tuesday speed training. Even if you don't want to do any of our planned workouts, it's still a good place to do your own thing and be motivated by other runners.

I ran the first half in 27:25, but faded bad on the second half. I kept my heartrate in the 145-155 range the entire time.

I am planning on doing Stennis again this year. Flat, boring, ugly course, but, many people have PR's. Look forward to seeing you at some of the Pacer events and runs!!
Catch you on the run!! Audrey
