We are still debating what we are doing this weekend - we might go to the Coast to run a 5k.

If not, I am looking for someone to run with for 9-10 miles on hills at about 9:30 pace or slower (I am running hill repeats on Fri so I can't do much faster than 9:30 on Sat.). Anyway, I have a (almost) 10 mile hilly loop from my house if anyone is interested. Or, if someone is running hills at about that pace, and wouldn't mind me tagging along, I would be interested, if we are not heading south on Sat.

Boo Hiss - no one wants to run with me so I will head to the Coast. Ha Ha After my run today, I have 8.5 miles left, so I will get it with a warm-up, a slow 5k, and a cool down. It will be a fun way to end my week of running.

Raland - thanks so much for the offer, but I made plans this afternoon to meet family on the Coast. Canebrake would have been good.

Thanks everyone for posting your group runs. I often get requests from runners who are visiting from out of town who want to jump in to a group. Keep posting that information so we can show these people some good ole southern hospitality!! I have never met a more motivating group of people than our Pacers.
Catch you on the run!! Audrey
