In my younger days, I was able to run barefoot, and actually just felt good doing this, however, I am ageing, (like a fine wine), and I am far too prone to injuries. Everyone is different, which, I think this article does make a point of stating this fact. Right now, I just want to have the time to run, barefoot or otherwise.
