This was a good week. I can't even remember when the last week that I ran more than 25 miles was. Can you believe I did not have any "OFF" days? -- Well.... it's not going to be for a long time (I will be busy next weekend)
Yesterday, I ran in Petal the Rotary 5K. The "speed" for me is definitely gone, but I had a good time and met with a lot of pacers. Tony and Millie Mozingo, Charles J., Terry I, Dr Jonh Harsh, Kily G., Richie and Anita Sumrall, Neil Solomon, Phillip Reynolds, Janis Cook, Jodie Lee, Kelly Marzoni and some other friends were present. I finished the 5K in 23:50 (I think). This morning I went to the Trace to do a 12m long run. I missed the turn around point and got to the place where the US flag is located. Si I finished running something like 13.2m (good! I completed the half marathon and a little extra

) -- It was coooooold, but it helped me to run faster without getting tired in the middle of the course.
My week went as follows --->
Mon: 25 minutes in the bike (hilly course)
Tue: 3.5m running
Wed: 3 m running
Thu: 2.5m running
Fri: 25 minutes in the bike (hilly course)
Sat: 5m run (including 5k race 23:50 in Petal,MS)
Sun: 13.2m long run at the Trace
