One of the most important things you should be doing with your workout routine is implementing cross training activity. It helps you avoid injuries. Runners, in particular, tend to experience repetitive stress. Cross training will also help keep you psychologically fresh, by adding variety to your workout routine. Add some swimming, biking, weight lifting.... and even dancing!!!
YES... dancing!! Some of our fellow pacers have found adding a dancing routine very benificial for their workout. Here are two examples of what they are doing to stay healthy and keep in shape....

I have seen the first dance. It will be another 2 days before I get to see the second one. Have I mentioned this week that dial up is BRUTAL.

This is hilarious! It was perfect, because I have always wanted to be able to do that type of dance. I'm actually pretty good. Ha Ha  (really, I am so uncoordinated, I could never do it). I especially like that I have finally dropped those extra lbs., except in my face. I will work on that next.

Raul - maybe you should go for a run! Hee Hee
